Acceptance of Terms

Limitation of Liability

f8bet provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect platform availability, and f8bet will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f8bet's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that member during the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. f8bet is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of winnings, arising from platform use. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines.
